Currently located in Spokane, WA & set to move to Coeur d'Alene, ID in the summer of 2026, Clinic 5C is a multi-disciplinary private healthcare practice leading the industry in Facial Plastic Surgery, Cosmetics, Functional Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine. Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all patients and their guests, providing a warm, professional, and "white-glove" welcome both in person and over the phone. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support throughout their healthcare journey. Build positive relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort, trust, and satisfaction. Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare system. Address and resolve patient concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive patient experience. Act as a dedicated private concierge for patients and their guests, anticipating needs before they are voiced such as arranging a family-member's tee time during a procedure or hand-crafting a premium espresso. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient calls & records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the administrative team to input and update patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Manage incoming inquiries from prospective patients, guiding them through their initial interest with high-level care. Function as an expert resource for patients regarding the practice's specialized services and premium products. Oversee and manage the required collaboration for scheduling for consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments, ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers regarding appointment details and any necessary preparations. Process all financial transactions with precision and discretion. Maintain the general upkeep and aesthetic of the lobby to ensure it reflects the practice's high standards. Monitor and manage the inventory of food and beverages to ensure the refreshment station is always fully stocked for guests.
