FACE FOUNDRI
É is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager / Front Bar Lead to support daily front desk operations and overall studio organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-service driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will primarily be based at the front desk while also assisting the Store Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help create an exceptional guest experience, support daily studio flow, assist with team accountability, and help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently day-to-day. Responsibilities Guest Experience & Front Bar Operations Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Create a welcoming, modern, and inclusive environment for every client Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, appointment booking, phone calls, emails, and client communication Maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule Support a high level of customer service and ensure

É standards are consistently upheld Assist in resolving client questions and concerns professionally Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking standards throughout the studio Administrative & Operational Support Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Assist with scheduling adjustments, break coverage, and daily studio flow Help maintain inventory counts, supply ordering, shipment organization, and back bar stocking Assist with task management, reporting, and operational follow-through Help ensure company procedures, sanitation standards, and compliance requirements are followed Accurately complete timekeeping and operational procedures Sales & Client Retention Educate clients on services, memberships, retail products, and promotions Recommend skincare products confidently and effectively Support studio goals related to retail sales, memberships, rebooking, and guest retention Help identify opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency Team Support & Training Assist with onboarding and training Front Bar team members on systems, customer service expectations, and daily procedures Help maintain consistency in front desk standards and client experience Support ongoing communication and accountability within the team Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings Marketing & Community Support Assist with in-store promotions, events, and community outreach efforts Support social media content creation and local marketing initiatives as needed Help maintain on-brand promotional materials and studio presentation Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, receptionist, leadership, or operations experience preferred Previous salon, spa, med spa, wellness, or beauty industry experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Sales-minded with confidence recommending products and memberships Positive attitude with strong attention to detail Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and administrative tasks Availability for some evenings, weekends, and events
