About the Role As our Student Advisor , you'll be the go-to person for all things attendance, placement, and student records. You'll keep the behind-the-scenes running smoothly so our students can focus on mastering their craft. You'll handle daily operational tasks, coach students on attendance expectations, manage leave processes, and ensure graduates are celebrated and placed for success in their careers. This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, loves organizing, and thrives in a student-centered environment. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Your day-to-day may include: Managing daily attendance tasks [texting, appointment blocks, calls and voicemails] Handling graduate completion Conducting attendance coachings Overseeing leave of absence requests and processing. Preparing for new class starts [inputting student information and preparing roll call sheets] Attendance presentations for new class starts Uploading monthly student enrollment updates. Coordinating licensure and placement tasks for graduates. What We're Looking For Self-starter Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coaching abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments. Comfortable with digital tools such as Google Drive, DynaFile, PandaDoc and similar platforms.
