Job Description

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Apartment Concierge to manage our luxury residential front desk. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming, secure lobby environment. Key Responsibilities 
Resident Relations:
Welcome residents, greet guests, and answer incoming phone inquiries. 
Package Management:
Receive, log, secure, and distribute resident deliveries and mail. 
Visitor Control:
Monitor building access, check in guests, and verify service vendors. 
Service Coordination:
Arrange dry cleaning, coordinate transport, and book local reservations. 
Amenity Management:
Handle reservations for community spaces, lounges, and guest suites. 
Maintenance Intake:
Log resident repair requests and dispatch the maintenance team. 
Lobby Upkeep:
Inspect the entrance and lobby daily to ensure cleanliness. Requirements & Qualifications 
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in hospitality, customer service, or retail. 
Communication:
Clear, polite verbal and written communication skills. 
Tech Savvy:
Proficient with property management software, emails, and logging systems. Requirements 
Availability:
Flexible schedule to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. 
Problem Solving:
Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure. 
Physical Ability:
Capacity to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 30 lbs. #JTSP1
Pay:
