A Luxury Extension Experience is a private boutique salon specializing in luxury hair extensions, hair restoration, and non-surgical hair replacement solutions for high-standard women seeking transformational results and elevated experiences. We are seeking a polished, ambitious, high-performing Luxury Front Desk Concierge & Sales Coordinator to become the front line of our client acquisition and client experience process. This is not a passive receptionist role. This is a revenue-generating opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, moves quickly, follows up with confidence, and understands how to turn inquiries into booked premium appointments. If you are naturally persuasive, highly responsive, polished in communication, and comfortable owning sales conversations, this may be the opportunity for you. Position Overview You will help lead the front-end client journey from first inquiry through consultation and booking while maintaining an elevated in-salon luxury experience. You will be expected to confidently manage inbound inquiries, outbound follow-up, financing conversations, live chat, social media inquiries, and premium booking opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, driven, organized, and understands that speed, follow-up, and client experience directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition Answer inbound calls with professionalism and urgency Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads Convert inquiries into booked consultations and premium appointments Re-engage inactive and past clients Follow up with abandoned inquiries and missed opportunities Confidently guide qualified clients through premium service pathways Support daily sales activity and lead conversion goals Move conversations toward booking with confidence Financing & Payment Conversations Present financing and payment options to qualified prospects Send application links and payment options promptly Follow up on pending approvals Help qualified clients move forward efficiently Luxury Client Experience Greet clients warmly upon arrival Maintain an elevated white-glove front-of-house experience Offer refreshments and ensure premium guest care Help create a calm, polished boutique salon environment Ensure every touchpoint reflects the luxury standard of the brand Digital Communication & Lead Management Manage website live chat Respond to social media booking inquiries and direct messages Support inbound text communication Maintain fast response times across all communication channels Operations & Systems Document detailed client notes and conversations Maintain CRM accuracy Track lead movement and follow-up stages Help strengthen front-end systems and communication workflows Support SOP documentation and process refinement Qualifications Bilingual Strong sales confidence and communication skills Confident on the phone and comfortable guiding conversations toward booking Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast-moving and responsive Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once Strong written communication Tech-comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, texting platforms, and digital communication Strong Plus If You Have Experience In luxury salons med spas aesthetics cosmetic dentistry plastic surgery offices concierge hospitality premium retail premium wellness consultation-based sales Ideal Candidate You are: polished and professional naturally persuasive proactive, not passive highly responsive organized and detail-driven confident asking for the booking comfortable owning outcomes calm under pressure ambitious and coachable motivated by performance Compensation $16-$30 per hour based on experience Compensation reflects professionalism, communication skill, performance mindset, and ability to drive results.
