The Hospitality Concierge plays a central role in shaping that experience. This position is responsible for delivering an elevated level of service, hospitality, and personal attention to residents, families, and guests throughout their stay — beginning with their very first interaction with EverVella. More than a traditional customer service role, the Hospitality Concierge serves as a dedicated ambassador of the EverVella experience — guiding prospective residents and families through tours, supporting seamless admissions and transitions into the facility, anticipating needs, creating meaningful moments, and ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, dignity, and excellence. The Hospitality Concierge will take ownership, think creatively, and create solutions that enhance the resident experience. Whether coordinating dietary requests, welcoming families, assisting with admissions, facilitating personalized experiences, supporting hospitality initiatives, or collaborating with clinical and operational departments, this role is dedicated to ensuring every resident experience is maximized. Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, service-focused experience for residents, families, guests, referral sources, and visitors Conduct individualized tours for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the EverVella atmosphere, values, and dedication to exceptional care Act as a primary point of contact during the admission and onboarding journey Assist in coordinating organized, smooth, and comfortable resident transitions into the community Develop trusting relationships with residents and families through visibility, attentiveness, compassion, and timely communication Proactively recognize and respond to resident and family preferences whenever possible Help facilitate and coordinate resident requests, service concerns, and personalized accommodations Work collaboratively with clinical, dietary, housekeeping, therapy, activities, and leadership teams to enhance the resident experience Contribute to creating thoughtful, personalized moments that leave a lasting positive impression Support residents and families through what may be a stressful or emotional life transition with patience and empathy Assist with approved transportation-related hospitality needs, including occasional support for transportation from hospitals or referral partners Maintain a composed, professional, and solutions-focused approach in all interactions Protect resident privacy while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and polished presentation standards Promote a workplace culture centered on accountability, compassion, service excellence, and teamwork Represent the EverVella standard of hospitality and professionalism in every interaction Traits of a Successful Candidate The ideal individual will: Enjoy helping and caring for others in a meaningful way Present themselves with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Take pride in delivering elevated customer and resident experiences Pay close attention to details and consistently follow through Demonstrate empathy, emotional awareness, and effective communication skills Remain calm, organized, and professional in fast-moving situations Work well within a team-oriented, high-expectation environment Recognize the value of thoughtful gestures and personalized service Feel comfortable interacting professionally with residents, families, guests, and healthcare referral partners Physical Demands Hospitality Concierge team members are expected to remain active and engaged throughout the facility during their shifts. Responsibilities may include prolonged standing and walking, along with bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the building. Team members may occasionally be required to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history may be required for approved transportation responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer relations, healthcare, senior living, admissions, luxury service, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Desired Attributes:
