Empath is seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist / Concierge / Sales Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our wellness center. In this vital role, you will welcome clients, turn over rooms, and get commission based on the sales you make (Range above is based on hourly + commission estimates). What I hope to find in an employee is someone who is driven and compassionate. People that believe in what we do and want to help others live a more fruitful life as we do. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately Actively sell and understand the services we offer Maintain a clean, organized spa environment Handle data entry tasks accuracy Ensure all clients fill out waivers accurately Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and upsell clients Support office management activities Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing phone etiquette, and supporting personal assistant functions when needed Skills Communication, client engagement, and retention Interpersonal communication and the ability to handle disagreements maturely Organization, time management, and accurate swiftness Sales and upselling Problem solving Empath ' s services Yoga, Pilates, Barre (Hot & Normal) Sauna Cold Plunge & Whole Body Cryo Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Cryo Thermal-Shock Red Light Beds Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our spa running smoothly!
