PRN Job Description Overview Shift:
Supplemental Hours ( Monday through Friday, hours vary between 5:30 am and 6:30 pm.) Fills in for PTO, additional shift needs, and call-ins. 0-24 hours a week.

Patient Experience Primary Responsibilities:
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Preferred:
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred. • Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
