Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position Highly energetic and motivated individual Driven to exude the Midwest Hospitality mindset Be attentive to guests needs and requests Have excellent communication skills with strong customer service skills Able to work independently and as a team Demonstrate excellent communication skills Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities Hospitality experience is a plus but not required What you will be doing Provide efficient and friendly service to our top guests Coordinating any special guest requests, handling VIP's, and following up on inquiries by guests Setting up and maintaining, in a presentable manner, the nightly refreshments and hors d'ouvres Breaking down, cleaning, and restocking used china, silverware, packaged snacks and beverages Answering questions, giving directions, and making detailed recommendations for out of town guests Resolve any guest complaints Why you will enjoy this job Set schedule on a weekly basis Hours required for this position are from 4pm-10:30pm Make a meaningful impact on our top tier guests
