Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding our products and services
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Assist with sales and orders as well as generate your own sales at certain times
• Coordinate with other associates and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle all sales transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy as well as proficient computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Must have your own transportation to travel between stores and trade shows.

This position does require the right individual to work in all of our Central Indiana locations. Days and times will change weekly. Average work week will be 5 days and 40 to 45 hours per week. Some weeks will require additional days and times. This is a $39,000 per year salary position. There will be opportunities to add bonus/commission pay throughout the year as well. Income is expected to be over $50,000 with salary and anticipated commissions combined.

Note:

Retail math knowledge is required for handling cash transactions as part of the concierge role.
