Responsibilities:
Provide unparalleled customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors Coordinate and facilitate various services, including transportation, appointments, and social activities Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities and preferences Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Develop and implement creative ways to enhance the overall resident experience
Requirements:
