Role:

Join the Bohemia Healing Spa team as a Spa Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our clients. In this part-time position, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking appointments to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and treatments. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. Process payments and manage client records accurately. Assist in promoting spa services and special offers to enhance client engagement. Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support inventory management and supply ordering as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or wellness preferred. Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficient in using booking software and general office applications. Passionate about wellness and providing exceptional client experiences. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
