Schedule:

Full or Part time available. Hours range from daytime 10:30-5 and/or night time from 4-11. The Louisville Thoroughbred Society (LTS) is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized individual to join our front-of-house team as a Concierge . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in hospitality and is looking to grow into higher-paying roles such as cocktail server or bartender .

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all members and guests at the concierge/check-in desk. Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Check in members and their guests while ensuring compliance with all club policies, including dress code and guest access. Be knowledgeable about all club happenings, including events, promotions, and programming — and be able to communicate and promote these to members and guests. Answer phone calls, take detailed messages, and ensure communication is relayed to the appropriate team members. Direct members to various areas of the club as needed. Regularly monitor the inbox and forward inquiries to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Follow LTS's Steps of Service to ensure a consistent and elevated member experience. Build relationships with members and learn their preferences to help create a "home away from home" atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate:

Genuinely friendly, welcoming, and service-minded. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other team members. Has prior experience in a hospitality setting — ideally in a hotel concierge , front desk , or restaurant host role.
