In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly face of our facility, ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create an engaging space where members feel motivated and cared for every visit. Duties Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership inquiries, and payments. Answer phone promptly and professionally to assist callers with questions or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, fitness equipment, and common spaces. Assist with member follow-ups to enhance member engagement Enforce gym policies to ensure safety and proper use of equipment while fostering a positive atmosphere Skills Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Proficiency in computer literacy Clerical experience combined with administrative expertise in handling phone support, quick typing, and office procedures Strong attention to cleanliness and facility presentation, with the ability to consistently perform detailed cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming gym environment. Able to pickup 50lbs. Availability This position requires consistent attendance for the assigned set schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. Because this role directly impacts daily operations, unscheduled call-outs are not considered acceptable except in true emergencies.
