Part-Time Skincare Concierge & Client Experience Lead — Evenings BARENUÉ™

Lake Charles, LA Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM + rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (~15 hrs/week) Pay:
$10-$14/hour based on experience, plus performance-based commission and sales bonuses (structure shared during interview) A note from our founder: I started BARENUÉ as a wax-only studio and have grown it into a skincare clinic that's becoming the go-to in Lake Charles for waxing, Hydrafacials, and Korean skincare-based custom facials. BARENUÉ™ is a luxe, education-forward skincare clinic specializing in Brazilian waxing, Hydrafacial treatments, and custom facials using Korean skincare. We're not a quiet front desk. We're a small, growing, locally-owned clinic where every team member plays a visible role in building client trust and educating our community about skin. This is a part-time evening role, but part-time does not mean low-effort. If you're looking for a job where you sit at a desk and answer phones, this isn't it. Please keep scrolling. What you'll actually do every shift: Educate clients on waxing, skincare ingredients, and our treatments (you'll be trained extensively . We call our front desk team "honorary estheticians") Recommend and sell skincare and post-wax products (target: 2-3 products per shift) Book 1-2 skin mapping consultations per week Rebook every client before they leave and upsell add-on services Check clients in and out with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, handle follow-up and confirmation calls, enforce booking policies Closing duties: clean bathrooms, hallways, and common areas; take out trash; close the studio per our closing SOPs Everything is scripted, checklisted, and documented. We will train you thoroughly. Your job is to learn it, follow it, and execute it consistently. Training includes:
product knowledge for our full retail line, ingredient education, our booking and POS system, sales scripts, skin consultation framework, and shadowing shifts before you take the desk solo. Who thrives here:
