Job Description

Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Concierge for our Parkside property located in Boston, MA. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests of the building, providing basic security services, and ensuring that property standards are maintained. A qualified candidate will have customer service experience, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is for Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Must be flexible & willing to cover weekend hours as needed.
Essential Duties and Requirements:
Greet residents and announce all guests Conduct security check of building and confirm identity of all visitors Provide resident services such as package acceptance and retrieval Adhere to and enforce all property policies and procedures Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Proactive and enthusiastic Eligibility to work in the USA without
Sponsorship Pay and Benefits:
Pay rate is based upon qualifications and experience. We offer a great working environment and a competitive compensation package including: health insurance, fully-paid life insurance, 401(k), paid time off (vacation, sick, holiday). May be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
