Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading/unloading and transporting to/from rooms or vehicles. Open doors, provide directions, and support guests with facility-related inquiries. Monitor entrance and lobby areas to ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment. Provide accurate information about the building, its amenities, and nearby locations. Report and escalate any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents to site management or security personnel. Support front desk and concierge/security staff as needed with guest services or access control. Maintain logs or documentation as required by site protocols (e.g., delivery sign-ins, lost & found, etc.). Uphold client standards for professional conduct, appearance, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel, concierge, bell service , or security/front desk role preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. Physically able to lift luggage and stand/walk for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately. Must be well-groomed and present a polished, professional image. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-traffic or stressful situations. Familiarity with basic security protocols or willingness to be trained. High school diploma or equivalent required.
