Our teams provide consistent, professional service across all shifts, including overnight operations. Position Overview The Overnight Concierge is responsible for maintaining a secure, controlled, and professional environment during overnight hours. This role requires a high level of reliability, attentiveness, and independent judgment, as well as the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Monitor building activity and maintain awareness of the property Greet residents and guests as needed during overnight hours Manage packages, deliveries, and access control procedures Maintain accurate logs of all overnight activity Respond to incidents and escalate issues appropriately Ensure a smooth transition to the daytime team What We're Looking For Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight Calm, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Good judgment and decision-making ability Requirements High school diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency Physical and Cognitive Requirements Ability to remain alert, attentive, and engaged throughout overnight hours Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain awareness in a quiet or low-activity environment Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to unusual situations Ability to make sound decisions and follow established procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
