Job description Part Time Front Desk, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat 7pm-3am OR Mon, Tues, Wed 11pm-7am

Compensation:

up to $17.00 Both are single occupancy apartment buildings. Residents are not allowed guests. Many of the residents have mental health issues and or addictions. We sit in the lobby watching the front door and making observations for management. Shift reports are electronic. Duties and responsibilities' Tour buildings interior, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and community rooms. To ensure that the housing facility is safe and secured from any sort of contingencies and acts of violence. To keenly observe each and every person entering the premise and to keep an eye on intruders. To prevent the entry of unauthorized people and prohibited articles into restricted areas Communicate with management staff regularly To follow guidelines set forth by the facility Uniformed position. The 7-3 shift has parking and the overnight 11-7 does not have parking but very close to Mass Ave and public transportation Skills Needed
