This is a full-time, in-person position located at our luxury boudoir studio in Fall River, MA. This is not your typical desk job. Our Client Concierge will play a major role in creating the unforgettable experience our clients know and love. You'll help women feel confident, cared for, and celebrated from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assisting clients with wardrobe selection from our luxury client closet Editing images for same-day viewing appointments Conducting same day image reveal and ordering appointments Supporting daily studio operations Assisting with studio events, marketing events, and special projects Working closely alongside our Studio Manager and Owner Helping ensure every client receives an exceptional luxury experience

Requirements:

21 years of age or older Warm, welcoming, and personable Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Confident communicating with people from all walks of life Comfortable with sales and customer service A quick learner who takes initiative Reliable, dependable, and professional Tech-savvy and comfortable working on an iMac throughout the day Able to quickly learn new software, systems, and studio workflows Excited to be part of a growing company Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, weddings, customer service, or event industries is a plus though not necessary.

Position Details:

Full-Time (Monday - Friday) In-Person in Fall River, MA $18-$20/hour depending on experience Reliable transportation required Occasional evenings and/or weekends required for studio events, expos, and marketing events throughout the year Because of the nature of this role and the proprietary systems, processes, and client relationships involved, applicants may not own, operate, or actively pursue starting a photography business while employed in this position. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you consistently available Monday- Friday 9am-5pm This role requires working with multiple software platforms, learning new systems quickly, editing images, and troubleshooting technology independently. Tell us about a time you had to learn a new software or system. How did you approach it? Why do you want to work at a boudoir studio specifically? A client walks into the studio visibly nervous and says, "I'm not photogenic and I'm already regretting booking this." What would you do or say?
