Job Description

Want to be part of an organization that makes a difference? Come join our team! The Concierge is the initial contact for members and guests entering the branch. The role of the Concierge is to manage the traffic flow in the branch, ensuring prompt service and assisting members with digital check-in, demonstrating self-serve technology such as the ITM, technology bar and safe deposit access as well as performing quick routine processes as volume permits. Demonstrates knowledge of Credit Union products and various services, and actively identifies, educates and refers members on what may be most beneficial for them. The successful Concierge will be outgoing and personable and able to multi-task effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills; must be proficient in computer and mobile device use including MS Word, Excel, web, etc. Previous experience working as a Teller desired.
Hours:
Full-time, 37.50 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays Reports to : Hadley Branch Manager Grade NE5 : Min $16.77 - Mid $20.96 - Max $25.15 Come experience why we have been voted BEST Credit Union in the Valley for 20 straight years!! Job-related requirements may include frequent keyboarding and repetitive use of hands and fingers; the ability to communicate effectively through speaking and hearing; and the ability to operate standard office equipment or specialized equipment for their specific role. Occasional physical activities may include bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching as well as the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
