Job Description
The team at Jaffarian Volvo Toyota is looking for a dynamic, organized and detail oriented individual to join our team and grow within our organization as a Service Concierge. This role is based in Haverhill, MA, and offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00-$25.00, paid weekly. Responsibilities Greet and assist service customers promptly and courteously. Schedule service appointments and manage customer communications. Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow. Provide detailed information about services offered and pricing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Assist in managing waiting area and service desk appearance. Support service team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software is a plus.
