Concierge

• We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, upbeat greeter to work at a medical facility in the Holyoke, MA area Shifts are Seven days a week. The current need is Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday 1pm to 11pm and Saturday 6:45am
• 2pm or 1:45pm
• 9pm.

All applicants are required to work at least 1 weekend shift. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a warm welcome Ask screening questions to ensure safety Provide Directions to Hospital Facilities, referencing a directory Call for interpreter services as needed Lobby Tasks (Cleaning, Organizing, and Basic operations) Answer incoming calls and Book transportation services as needed Be an outstanding first and last impression for every visitor Customer service experience and good references from previous employers will be required. A neat appearance and outstanding attitude will be required. You must be prepared to come to work with a smile and a good attitude each shift. $17.00 base pay to start.
