Set in the historic Nathan Fisher House on a one-acre campus in Westborough, our 11,000-square-foot integrative wellness center brings together fitness, yoga, spa, recovery, and community programming under one roof. The team behind that recognition is small, mighty, and deeply committed to the work, and we're growing. The Role The Wellness Concierge is the welcoming face of Release. You're the first impression our guests have when they walk in, the calm voice on the other end of the phone, and the steady presence that makes the rhythm of a busy wellness center feel effortless to everyone around you. This is a guest-experience role at heart, but it's also the operational backbone of the front desk, and it's a real entry point into the broader Release organization for someone who wants to grow. What You'll Do Greet every guest warmly and guide them through a seamless check-in and check-out experience Educate members, guests, and prospective clients about our wellness offerings (classes, spa services, Bliss amenities, memberships, and events) and refer them to the right team member when needed Manage bookings for treatments, classes, and private events with care and precision Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism Coordinate with providers, instructors, and managers to keep the day running smoothly Address guest concerns proactively and turn small moments into memorable ones Stage the facility for maximum impact. Tidying, restocking, and laundry are part of how we maintain the Release standard Uphold and embody Release's mission and core values in every interaction Who You Are You have previous customer service experience and genuinely enjoy taking care of people You're a calm, capable communicator, in person, on the phone, and in writing You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring positive energy to a team You're tech-comfortable and can pick up new software quickly.
