This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who is confident working independently, values dignity-centered care, and enjoys helping young adults engage meaningfully in daily life and the community. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, emotionally mature, and capable of creating a positive, respectful, and supportive environment while maintaining excellent professional boundaries. Position Overview This role involves providing individualized behavioral and daily living support in the home and community. The RBT will work closely with the family and supervising clinicians to implement behavioral strategies, encourage communication and independence, and support participation in enjoyable activities and routines. Qualifications Current RBT certification required Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Significant experience supporting adolescents or young adults Experience providing in-home services preferred Professional, polished, dependable, and discreet Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working collaboratively with families and clinical teams Reliable transportation and clean driving record CPR/First Aid certification preferred Preferred Experience Experience with nonverbal individuals Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices Community integration and life-skills support Behavioral support in home and community settings Ability to remain calm, patient, and proactive in challenging situations Responsibilities Implement individualized behavioral support plans Support communication, social engagement, and independence Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and daily routines Collect data and communicate progress professionally Maintain a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment Collaborate with supervising BCBA and family members Provide high-quality, concierge-style personalized support Schedule Flexible part-time and/or full-time opportunities may be available depending on candidate fit and availability.
