Job Description

Goddard & Hall Senior Living, Inc. is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and working in a meaningful senior living setting, this could be the perfect fit. Location Worcester, MA Schedule Part-Time | 16
Hours Weekly Fridays:
3pm - 7pm
Saturdays:
7am - 7pm
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Respond to resident needs and emergency call systems
  • Assist with administrative and clerical support
  • Help maintain communication logs and daily updates
  • Support resident safety and complete routine building checks
  • Assist departments as needed to help daily operations run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or senior care experience preferred
