We're growing and seeking a Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator to join our elite team.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate clinical schedules and route patients efficiently Greet patients warmly and support them throughout their visit Take and process payments, manage ledgers, and ensure account accuracy Oversee care plan progress and ensure patients stay on track Manage documentation, compliance workflows, and front-desk systems Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
