Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a warm welcome at all times Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room bookings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and confidential documents with precision and attention to detail Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading correspondence, managing emails, and preparing reports Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle diverse interactions confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times Join us as a Front Desk Concierge where your proactive attitude and dedication will make a meaningful impact every day!
