This role offers opportunities to practice preventative and functional medicine in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized concierge-style internal medicine care
• Manage a patient panel with plans to grow from 435+ to 500-600 patients
• Deliver preventative care and foster long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with and receive mentorship from the current physician during a planned transition period
• Incorporate functional medicine therapies into patient care Must have some Concierge experience!
