Hirschfeld is seeking a temporary Resident Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Eagles Walk Apartment Homes community in Rosedale, Maryland. As a leading property management company, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our residents and maintaining the highest standards for our properties.
Summary :
The Resident Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants, and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing of resident initiatives in accordance with the fair housing law and regulations. Track all resident complaints and requests, follow-up, resolve, and notify residents of action taken with a 24-hour turnaround. Coordinate, track and assign work orders with the maintenance team for completion within a 24-hour period. In collaboration with the maintenance team, schedule vendors as needed for work orders. Conduct regular follow-ups with residents to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Answer phone calls, open incoming mail, and distribute accordingly. Assist in the development and implementation of resident retention strategies and initiatives. Coordinate and oversee resident events, activities, and community programs to enhance resident satisfaction and promote a sense of community.
QUALIFICATIONS

G.E.D. 1-2
Years in customer service, hospitality, or property management 1 Year in Property Management preferred Strong problem-solving abilities with proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Understanding of local and federal housing laws, Fair Housing regulations, and lease agreement terms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus
