Job Description Lyman-Morse in Camden is seeking a seasonal position as a Marina Reservationist. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, including professional telephone and VHF radio etiquette. Previous boating knowledge is considered an asset, but is not required. Applicants must be available to commit to the season in its entirety. Responsibilities Answer phone inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about marina services and availability Manage reservation requests efficiently using our reservation systems, ensuring accurate booking records Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures and providing relevant information about marina amenities Handle guest concerns or questions with professionalism, maintaining positive guest relations at all times Maintain organized reservation logs and update schedules regularly to optimize marina capacity Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service, restaurant, or hotel guest services roles is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in diverse settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Dockwa Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities are essential Experience in hospitality or serving environments demonstrates adaptability and professionalism Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join our dynamic team where your hospitality talents will be valued and your contributions directly enhance our guests' experiences.
