Spa and Fitness Guide - PT Detroit, MI Job Details Part-time 2 hours ago Qualifications Spa experience Guest relations Greeting customers Entry level Full Job Description Demonstrate full knowledge of the spa and fitness facilities such as exercise equipment, steam room, showers, location of lounges, and hours of operation. Greet all guests who enter the spa and demonstrate knowledge of services available. Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and employees. Prepare and maintain beverage station. Wipe down fitness equipment and replace towels in the Fitness Center. Monitor the Guest Lounge. Replenish supplies and products before they are depleted. Work varying shifts based on business needs, including holidays and weekends Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Previous experience in a spa, fitness, or hospitality setting preferred. Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor. Interest in wellness, fitness, and luxury hospitality. Ability to multitask in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
