VIP Representative - PT

Serve as primary point of contact for VIP guests, providing personalized and attentive service. Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring a high-touch experience. Identify and develop new VIP players through direct outreach and networking. Monitor player activity and trends to effectively manage and grow VIP accounts. Execute player reinvestment strategies (complimentary offers, incentives, events). Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Arrange personalized amenities, special requests, and exclusive experiences for VIP guests. Plan, coordinate, and host VIP events, tournaments, and exclusive promotions. Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of player activity, preferences, and interactions. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Outstanding guest service skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
