Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to assist guests with their reservations.Duties:
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, or online booking platform
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Utilize phone systems and reservation software to input and confirm reservations accurately
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Ensure all guests have signed mandatory waivers
Requirements:
- Familiarity with handling transactions, managing cash, and providing excellent customer service through phone interactions is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
- 16 years or older
- This position involves tasks that require prolonged standing, so candidates should be comfortable with this aspect of the role.
- Keeping the storefront clean and performing regular cleaning duties to uphold our standards of cleanliness and presentation.
