Job Description

Overview As a Guest Services Attendant at The Highlands, you play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality by assisting guests throughout their stay. This position supports the overall guest experience through warm welcomes, prompt service, and strong knowledge of the property. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival through departure.

Long-Term Thinking Excellence in Execution Attitude is Everything Develop Create People Serve our team members first so they can, in turn, serve our guests and community Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities & Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, including transporting items to guest rooms using bell carts Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the resort lobby, entrance areas, and surrounding grounds Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, check-out, and throughout each guest's stay Deliver guest-requested items to rooms (e.g., ice, gift baskets, special occasion amenities) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, events, activities, and property layout to assist guests effectively Monitor and restock guest water stations Respond to guest inquiries and requests to ensure an exceptional experience Support front desk operations and other guest service areas as needed Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing/walking for long periods) Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old Valid driver s license required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing/walking for long periods) Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (not required)
