Job Description
About us Olympia Salon & Spa is located in a beautiful historic hotel. The atmosphere is kind and welcoming. This position has opportunities for advancement and income growth potential. Candidates must have receptionist and/or administrative clerical experience. Must be at least 21 and have good communication skills. This is a full service salon and spa and the front desk receptionist needs to be able to interact with the clients in a warm and welcoming manner. The ability to calmly handle multitasking is necessary. Computer skills a must that would enable candidate to learn the salon software for booking appointments and cashing out clients and creating documents as needed. We view our team members as partners in our success so we promote from within . For an ambitious individual, this Concierge Receptionist role offers an excellent trajectory to expand your skillset, take on diverse operational duties, and significantly increase your earning potential. Some shifts are evenings 3:00 till 9:00 pm or days 8:30 to 3:00 and every other Saturday. Approximately 25 to 30 hours a week. This is a position that has many growth opportunities , increase in hourly wage and weekly hours.
