Bay Caddie - Hospitality

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bay Caddies at X-Golf St. Clair Shores. This is not a traditional restaurant or bartending role. Our Bay Caddies help create a fun, social, high-energy experience for guests enjoying golf simulator entertainment, food, drinks, leagues, parties, and events.

The ideal candidate is:

outgoing and personable, comfortable engaging with groups, reliable and coachable, able to stay composed during busy shifts, and motivated to help create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

greeting and assisting guests, taking food and drink orders, delivering beverages and menu items, helping guests navigate simulator technology, maintaining cleanliness and organization, supporting leagues, outings, and special events, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

We value:

dependability, communication, accountability, teamwork, and strong hospitality instincts. Golf knowledge is helpful but not required. We can teach the technical side — personality, attitude, and reliability matter most.

This role is ideal for:

hospitality workers, bartenders/server assistants, college students, former athletes, golfers, retirees looking to stay active, or anyone who enjoys a fast-paced social environment.

Compensation includes:

hourly pay, equal tip share, flexible scheduling, and strong earning potential during peak seasons and events.

Pay:

$13.63 - $55.00 per hour
