Box Office Crew

Overview Support the core of the WE Fest ticketing experience. Box Office Staff assist guests with ticket purchases, resolve ticketing issues, and ensure accurate and efficient access to the festival. Box Office locations include the primary Outpost Box Office as well as satellite locations at the VIP, East, and West Gates. Key Responsibilities Sell available music tickets and upgrades Assist guests with ticketing questions and issue resolution Support Will Call pickup and ticket distribution (Outpost Only) Provide clear guidance on ticket access and seating options Maintain accuracy when handling transactions and guest information Communicate with leadership on escalated ticketing concerns Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and ticketing systems High attention to detail and accuracy Cash handling experience preferred Able to stay calm and professional in highvolume situations Schedule Shifts take place throughout the festival, with peak staffing during arrival periods and headline performances Staff Perks All staff will receive: A commemorative WE Fest staff Tshirt A 3day GA music staff wristband A staff camping pass or a staff parking pass Why Join the Team?
