Guest Services

Overview Guest Services assist guests with adding funds to their festival wristbands, resolving RFID payment issues, and supporting general guest needs—including lost and found and age verification for 21+ wristbands. This role helps ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Help guests load funds onto their wristbands Troubleshoot payment and balance issues Provide friendly, efficient customer service Manage lost and found items, including intake and return to guests Check IDs and issue 21+ wristbands, including spotting fake IDs Collaborate with security to resolve ID or other guestrelated issues Assist with general guest questions as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills Basic technical/computer proficiency Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive situations (IDs, lost items) Strong judgment and ability to coordinate with security when needed Positive attitude and problemsolving mindset Schedule Thursday, August 6th - Saturday, August 8th 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM All staff will receive: A commemorative WE Fest staff Tshirt A 3day GA music staff wristband A staff camping pass or a staff parking pass Why Join the Team?
