What you'll be doing… Creating a warm, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience, serving as the first point of contact for children, families, and visitors each day Ensuring every interaction—whether in person, by phone, or email—is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with N Family's high standards of care and service Leading the day-to-day front-of-house operations, including managing enrollment tracking, scheduling, family communications, invoicing support, and general administrative processes Maintaining a calm, well-presented, and inviting school environment, ensuring shared spaces consistently reflect a high-quality experience Supporting new families through onboarding and settling-in, helping them feel confident, informed, and connected from their first interaction Monitoring occupancy, waitlists, and family plan changes, proactively identifying trends and escalating where needed Partnering with the wider team to support admissions, school communications, and events that strengthen the school community Leading and supporting the School Operations team, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative, values-led culture Supporting onboarding, training, and development of team members to ensure consistent performance and engagement Ensuring all health, safety, and compliance requirements are met, including completing required checks and maintaining accurate documentation Promoting a proactive approach to safety and accountability, and stepping in to support classroom coverage when needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care Using digital systems confidently to manage communication, organization, and day-to-day operations Working flexibly to support school needs, including occasional events, and taking on additional responsibilities as the school grows You should have… Experience in a customer-facing, school operations, hospitality, or service-led role, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality experience The ability to manage multiple priorities with ease, staying organized, calm, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment Confidence working with operational systems such as scheduling, enrollment tracking, procurement, or similar administrative tools Comfort using digital platforms and communication tools to support day-to-day operations and team coordination A strong understanding of, or ability to meet, all applicable state licensing requirements for working in a licensed early childhood setting Postsecondary education or equivalent professional experience, with coursework or exposure to early childhood education considered a plus The ability to successfully complete all required background checks, clearances, and health screening requirements in line with state regulations A warm, welcoming, and service-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for creating a positive family experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through and accountability A calm, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented mindset, especially in busy or unexpected situations Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to build trust with families and collaborate effectively with team members A dependable, team-oriented approach, with a strong alignment to N Family's values and culture The N Advantage Competitive salary Annual bonus potential Generous paid time off, including a personal 'Me' Day 40% childcare discount at N Family Schools Access to learning and development through our N Academy And that's not all… 5-year loyalty reward: a round-the-world trip + 2 bonus weeks off 10-year loyalty reward: an out-of-this-world experience + 2 extra weeks off Referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, and regular team socials Why N Family School?
