DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following, but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required by supervisory personnel. Answers inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to excursions, sporting events, concerts and plays as needed. Answer telephone calls and attends to the needs of the caller and/or takes accurate messages and informs Property Manager so callers needs can be addressed Assist residents and guests with packages. Ensures building is secure by walking all floors at least once during shift, monitoring security cameras, and understanding emergency policy manual. Accurate and time completion of incident reports Assists with Emergency Personnel services as needed (Fire Department, EMS, etc.) following all emergency policies Clean lobby/office area during shift. Ensures model and amenity areas are in show ready condition Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
