Join the Team at Optimal Movement Optimal Movement is a growing wellness clinic in Rochester, MN, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and people-focused Front Desk Coordinator / Office Assistant to join our team. We are passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives — and we're looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 9:00-2:00 Responsibilities Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment Checking patients in and out Answering phones and assisting with patient questions Scheduling appointments Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Assisting with social media posts and community engagement Supporting the overall patient experience and clinic growth What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong people skills Passion for health, wellness, and community Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Customer service experience preferred Sales Experience Perks & Benefits Discounted wellness services including: Acupuncture Cupping Therapy Softwave Therapy PEMF Therapy Massage Therapy Chiropractic Care Retail products Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a modern wellness clinic Gym Membership Position Details Full-Time Starting at $20/hour + Commissions If you love helping people and want to be part of a health-focused community, we'd love to hear from you.
