Fitness Front Desk Representative - Part-Time - $1,000 retention bonus . Rejuv Medical is currently recruiting highly motivated part-time (average 20 hours per week) Fitness Front Desk Representative to join our growing team at our Waite Park, MN clinic. The pay range is $15 to $16 per hour based on experience with a $1,000 retention bonus . The schedule is
Mon-Thurs:
4pm-8pm;
Fri:
4pm-7pm;
Sat:
5:45am-12:15pm and
Sun:
6:45am-12:15pm. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Fitness Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, and providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Essential Functions Exhibit stellar customer service and professionalism to both internal/external clients. Schedule customer appointments for non-clinic or gym services with the appropriate measure of empathy as individual cases require (care, concern, optimism, enthusiasm, excitement, motivation, etc.). Operate multiline phone system - direct calls, receive and relay messages appropriately and timely. Complete data entry responsibilities, verifying and updating client accounts and demographics, and other tasks as assigned. Read and respond to email messages professionally and timely Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for front lobby and all areas of Rejuv as needed. Collect payments consistently upon each check-in. Complete retail point of sales. Face, and restock inventory as needed Enter agreements and changes, approve or void contracts as needed with the manager's approval. Balance register - assist with bank deposit if guided, report discrepancies immediately. Schedule client/patient appointments, calls, and follow ups consistently and professionally. Scan documents in a timely manner. Coordinate reminders, including preparing appropriate consent forms Monitor amenities in lobby such as coffee, its supplies, and fruit infused water as well as amenities in locker rooms, by setting up, replenishing as needed, and breaking down end of day as needed Fold and restock gym towel supply as needed. Perform all opening and closing procedures, strictly following each SOP and coinciding checklist to ensure safety and security of all employees and facility. Crosstrain in all aspects from gym focus to clinic focus, presenting no separation of knowledge and skills between the two. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment professionally and productively. Assist in improving and documenting processes within the department. Assist in departmental and organizational improvement projects, as needed, and requested. Regular, timely attendance to meet patient, client, and company needs in an efficient and effective manner. Qualifications High school or GED Customer or administrative experience preferred Strong ability in commonly utilized Microsoft Office products Adaptability to learn and implement new computer systems Professional casual dress required in accordance with Rejuv Medical Dress Code Policy Strong customer service focus skillset Ability to utilize and maintain general office equipment Professional oral and written communication skills
