As a Front Desk Patient Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every patient embarks on and continues their healthcare journey with confidence, trust, and readiness. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care, and your role will be instrumental in shaping positive interactions and lasting relationships.
What You'll Do:
Be the warm, professional first voice patients hear — handling calls, scheduling, and follow-ups with care and confidence. Pre-qualify leads, guide new patients through their first steps, and ensure every appointment is set up for success. Collaborate with our marketing and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience. Manage patient records, payments, and documentation accurately using our EHR system. Champion our processes, contribute to team huddles, and help drive a high rate of kept appointments.
Who You Are:
A natural communicator who connects easily with diverse people and builds trust quickly. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Confident in a sales-oriented environment and motivated by goals and outcomes. Empathetic and professional — you balance warmth with assertiveness effortlessly. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Healthcare or front desk experience is a plus, but the right attitude always wins.
