Welcome Center Concierge

Our thriving welcome center is looking for a friendly and trustworthy individual to join our team as a concierge. You are the first person to meet guests upon arrival and will be responsible for greeting guests, recommending local shows, activities, and restaurants, making and confirming reservations, and any other tasks as needed. Our ideal applicant has exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to ensure that our visitors have a wonderful stay in Branson, MO. if this describes you!

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations Take and distribute messages or mail, and reroute calls by answering the phone and making reservations Advise guests on food and venue recommendations, gather in-depth knowledge about the premises as well as surrounding local venues and businesses Tackle any concerns or complaints raised by guests and find a suitable solution

Qualifications:

Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Local knowledge of the area to recommend restaurants and activities to guests 1+ years of hotel industry experience in roles such as hotel front desk agent preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills About Company Myer Hospitality is a local family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in hospitality.
