Be the smile that starts someone's healing journey. At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, we believe the first interaction a patient has can set the tone for their entire experience—and that's where you come in. We're looking for a warm, reliable, and organized First Impressions Associate who knows how to make every patient feel seen, supported, and well cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcome & Assist:
Greet patients with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, and make sure all information is accurate and complete.
Customer Service Superstar:
Answer questions, address concerns, and help patients feel at ease—even on the busiest days.
Insurance Savvy:
Verify insurance details and referrals before appointments so things run smoothly at the front desk and behind the scenes.
Money Matters:
Collect co-pays and other payments quickly and accurately.
Schedule Support:
Book, confirm, and update appointments to help keep the day flowing for both patients and medical staff.
Team Player:
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and coworkers to ensure a collaborative, top-notch care experience. Go With the

Jump in where needed and take on other duties as assigned—we're all in this together!
