Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Membership Coordinator - Client Concierge to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships. Your proactive approach will ensure members receive personalized support, access to exclusive benefits, and a seamless experience that encourages loyalty and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine project management, account management, and customer relationship skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to member satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for members, providing prompt and professional assistance across all touchpoints Manage member accounts using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and service requests Coordinate onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of benefits Develop and execute strategies to enhance member engagement through targeted marketing initiatives and personalized outreach Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in service delivery Support sales efforts by promoting membership programs and upselling additional services aligned with member needs Skills Strong project management abilities with experience in organizing multiple tasks simultaneously Proven account management skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships Effective sales techniques combined with excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making Background in financial services or related industries is a plus, providing context for member needs and expectations Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically Join us in creating memorable experiences for our members while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment. Pay:
$21.00 - $28.03 per hour
