Weekend Parking Ambassador (Part-Time)

Our team is currently hiring part and full time Parking Ambassadors for a variety of locations. If you have experience with customer service, cash handling, and enjoy working with the public and providing great service to a wide variety of customers and clientele, this may be the perfect position for you. Responsibilities Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact Exemplify the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. Being knowledgeable about the surrounding area including but not limited to directions to highways, facility attractions, etc. in order to provide customers with detailed and accurate assistance Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times including but not limited to picking up Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
