Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and making sure clients are comfortable while waiting for their technician.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist with booking appointments and manage the booking system
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and other common areas of the salon
• Coordinate with management and technicians to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in computerized systems, including calendar management and administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
