Job Description
Glacier Medical Associates is a very busy, energetic family medical practice located in Whitefish and Columbia Falls, MT seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team. Must possess good communication skills, be well-organized, and perform a multitude of tasks on the same day. Pay is based on experience and training. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Experience as a CNA, MA or hospitality is desired. Some essential duties include providing excellent customer service in person and via phone, making appointments for patients according to established protocols, taking accurate messages via phone for patients to the clinical staff, referring callers to the appropriate department as needed, collecting and entering demographic and insurance information into the electronic system accurately. The chosen candidate must work collaboratively with all clinical and administrative staff in support of direct patient care. Timeliness and accuracy a must.
